2026 Sale Information The auction will take place in the West Pavilion and yearlings will be stabled in the West Pavilion and in Halls B and D of the South Pavilion. • Preview Day will be Wednesday, October 14, 2026 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. • Set up and move in on Tuesday, October 13 after 2 p.m. or Wednesday, October 14 before 9 a.m. • The catalog will be available for download on Equineline • Consignors are all welcome to collect 40% of their gross sales at the conclusion of their consignment selling The sliding scale commission is once again offered, please see the chart below We have secured a block of rooms for your convenience at the Drury Inn & Suites Indianapolis Northeast. It is eight miles from the fairgrounds located at 8180 N Shadeland Ave., Indianapolis, IN 46250. The block is reserved under Midwest Standardbred Horse Sale from 10/13/26 to 10/16/26. Please make your reservations by 9/11/2026 as the block price will not be honored after that date. The price is $155 per night. Sliding Scale Commissions THERE IS NO MINIMUM COMMISSION. Should a horse not reach the minimum "upset price" of $1,000 USD a commission of $60.00 will be due to the Sale Company. These commissions shall be deemed earned at the fall of the hammer and shall be payable whether or not the Horse is returned to the consignor as unsold pursuant to the conditions of the Sale or for any other reason. For each horse sold in the amount of up to $49,999, consignor agrees to pay the Sale Company a commission of six percent (6%). Horses sold for $50,000 and up are commissioned as follows: |
